At Third Eye Home Watch, we want to work with you to make sure your property is being cared for at all times. Our initial consultation would start with a walkthrough of the property to familiarize ourselves with it and learn where all of the major utilities and appliances are located. Then with our experience and your input, we will work together to create a custom checklist for your property. Upon notification that you will be leaving your home, we will follow up with a walk through of the property to make sure it is secure and "power down" the home to reduce power and water usage. We also meet with vendors that service the property regularly such as landscapers, pool cleaners, pest control companies etc. to share our plan and ideas to keep the property looking it's best while minimizing the cost of utilities while you are away. Then, depending on your homes specific needs, we will walk the property bi weekly or weekly inside and out to confirm your property is secure and take care of any emergency maintenance. We are also available for project management services for ongoing work or construction projects you are not able to be present for.
