  • Leave behind something important? Let us know and we will ship it to you.

  •  Minimize the risk of a maintenance emergency by checking plumbing and electrical fixtures.
  •  Visually check the overall condition of the home.

Exterior-

  •  Walk the perimeter of the home and check overall condition including signs of water leakage or drainage issues. Check exterior walls and trim for visible signs of maintenance issues.
  •  Check landscape for any issues with over / under watering and irrigation system. Notify landscapers if necessary.
  •  Check windows screens and doors for any damage or signs of intrusion.
